If you are setup as an Administrator or are based at an Administration level location, then you will see this.
To edit these settings just click the Edit icon on the top right of the panel.
Number of days files kept live
This is how long a file is stored after it has been approved.
Number of days files archived
This is how long the folder is kept archived before it is deleted.
Can access Third Party folders
This option is important for administration locations as well as suppliers, this enables users to access folders from other client locations.
